Pork, Ham & Sausage
I purchase several pounds of bacon when it’s on sale. I placed the strips in a unmarried layer on jelly roll pans and dad them in the oven to bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until they’re crisp. I then place the strips on paper towels to empty before storing them in a freezer container. This makes it easy to eliminate only the range of strips wished for a fast breakfast or sandwich. A brief time within the microwave reheats the bacon. -Dale H., Holland, Michigan
