Remove celery from the shop bag it is available in and wrap it in paper towel, then in aluminum foil. Store inside the fridge. When you need a few, wreck off what your recipe requires, re-wrap the rest and return to refrigerator. I find celery saved like this remains crisp a totally long term. -Linda J., Milner, Georgia
