Baking with Applesauce

Light Cooking

I preserve a six-p.C. Of lunch-container length applesauce cups in my pantry. Anytime I’m making banana bread or different baked goods, I use one in region of some of the oil. Each measures approximately 1/2 cup of applesauce and provides quality moisture to the finished product. Cindy L. Valley Center, California
