I would really like to update the sugar in my preferred oatmeal cookie recipe with honey. Is there a formula for converting sugar to honey in a recipe? —S.H., St. Paul, Minnesota

If you like to apply honey, it’s quality to select recipes that were in particular developed the use of that element.
