I would love to make the Mini Maple Cinnamon Rolls within the April/May ’06 problem of Taste of Home, but I’m uncertain of while to cast off the dough from the bread system. The recipe says to dispose of the dough while the cycle is completed, but I’m no longer positive what which means. Please help! —C.P., Pritchard, British ColumbiaYeast breads which are fashioned, like cinnamon rolls or breadsticks, are removed from the bread machine after the primary upward push. The dough is then shaped and allowed to rise one final time earlier than baking. Most bread machines have a dough setting as a way to prevent or beep on the stop of the cycle, signaling that the first rise is completed and the dough is prepared to be removed.
If your bread device does not have this option, you may need to keep a near eye on it and put off the dough after the primary rise or refer to your owner’s guide to determine when the first upward thrust ends.
