Freezing Cilantro

I endorse freezing in preference to drying cilantro so it's going to maintain greater of its one-of-a-kind taste. To freeze, wash and drain complete sprigs, then pat dry with paper towels. Place some sprigs at a time into small plastic freezer bags and freeze.
Or chop cilantro and freeze in ice dice trays. Place a tablespoon in every section, cowl with water and freeze. That way, you may without difficulty upload just the right quantity in your favourite recipe.
If you do decide to try drying cilantro, tie bunches on the stem ends and hold them upside down, faraway from direct sunlight. Both frozen and dried cilantro are first-class used in cooked dishes, not salads or salsas.
When you buy fresh cilantro at your grocery save, search for bunches with clean leaves and avoid people with wilted or discolored foliage.
To keep cilantro sparkling, region the bunch, stem facet down, in a tumbler with an inch or so of water. Cover with a plastic bag, steady with a rubber band and shop inside the refrigerator. The cilantro have to stay fresh for up to one week in case you exchange the water each different day.
