For even more convenience, bake a cheesecake weeks earlier and freeze it! Here’s how:Place an entire cheesecake or character slices on a baking sheet; freeze until firm. Wrap in plastic wrap and location in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Freeze for up to two months.Defrost whole cheesecakes inside the refrigerator in a single day.Individual pieces can be defrosted in the fridge or at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
