Reducing Pan Juices for Gravy

Gravy

To thicken pan juices with out flour, get rid of the meat to a warm serving platter. Transfer pan juices along side browned bits to a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook, uncovered, till the liquid evaporates sufficient that it thickens to a gravy consistency.
