Basically, there are 3 methods to toast nuts. The first is the stovetop approach. Because of the nuts’ high-fat content, you won’t need to feature oil to the skillet. Simply heat the dry skillet till warm, then pour the nuts in and spread out in a single layer. Stir often to maintain the nuts from turning too brown. Cook for three to 5 minutes.
And lastly, you could use your microwave to toast nuts. Place nuts in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave, exposed, on high for 2-three minutes or until gently toasted, stirring twice. Watch carefully to avoid burning the nuts. You may also want to alter the time, relying in your microwave’s wattage and the amount of nuts you are toasting.
