Freezing Peppers

Freezer Tips

Diced inexperienced, sweet pink and yellow peppers can be frozen without blanching, so there’s no need to place them in boiling water for a short time. Simply wash and dry the peppers, take away the stems and seeds and chop as desired. Pack into freezer bags, bins or canning jars. Be positive to label and date each package deal. The peppers will hold on your freezer for three to 6 months. When a cooked dish requires diced peppers, you could use them immediately from the freezer.
