You can freeze zucchini with a chunk of guidance. First, steam the shredded zucchini for 1 to two mins or till translucent, then drain nicely. Pack in measured quantities into freezer packing containers, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top, or in heavy-duty resealable baggage. Cool, seal and freeze.
