I’m continually looking to store fats and calories in which I can. I observed that I can update butter or margarine with Molly McButter or Butter Buds in mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, sauce mixes and a number of other dishes and packaged ingredients.
By the use of this type of products, you can save up to 400 calories and 44 grams of fat consistent with 1/4 cup of butter or margarine. And you may’t tell the difference in flavor. Lee Anne F., Elma, Washington
