When tomatoes are tasty and plentiful, wash them and freeze complete in resealable plastic freezer baggage. Take them out of the freezer all 12 months as wanted. The skins will come right off…and also you’ll have tomatoes which might be ideal in cooked dishes which includes soups, chili, spaghetti sauce or stewed tomatoes.
