Purchase raspberries that are brightly coloured with out the hulls attached. One-1/2 pint equals approximately 1 cup. When you get home, discard any raspberries that are smooth, shrunk or moldy. Quickly rinse closing berries in water, then vicinity in a single layer in a paper towel-lined bowl. They’ll live fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
