Cover a pan of uncut brownies and bars with foil – or put the pan in a huge resealable plastic bag. (If made with perishable ingredients, like cream cheese, they have to be blanketed and refrigerated.) Once the bars are reduce, store them in an airtight box.Most bars and truffles freeze properly for up to 3 months. To freeze a pan of uncut bars, region in an airtight box or resealable plastic bag. Or wrap man or woman bars in plastic wrap and stack in an airtight box. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
