I have located that it's far difficult to dispose of popovers from the pan without having them stick. Should I cast off them when they're hot or cool?
—H.B., Boston, MassachusettsFor quality outcomes, use a heavy metallic popover pan in place of muffin tins or custard cups. Lightly grease the popover cups, then dust with flour, sugar or grated Parmesan cheese. The batter will dangle to the sides and produce higher effects.
Loosen popovers from baking cups by means of running a knife round the threshold, then remove straight away.
